Exterior Painting in Clear Lake City, TX

This project took place in the beautiful Bay Oaks subdivision in Clear Lake City. The owner wanted to spruce things up and match the current trim and siding color. First, as always, I began by preparing the structure for painting. Prep work is most important. I soft washed the home, utilizing the effective house wash solution that I always use to make homes look beautiful. Next, I scraped off any excess and chipping paint, and replaced several pieces of rotten fascia board, brick molding, and trim. I continued with caulking all cracks and priming areas as needed. Last but not least, it was time to paint! I always utilize a combination of spray painting, rolling, and brushing for most exterior projects. I recommended a quality Sherwin Williams satin finish, which contains long lasting enamel that will remain beautiful for years to come. My clients were very excited to see the transformation, and how much a quality paint job with skill, can really add to your curb appeal!
